With the FRIAMAT app you have everything under control at any time, online and offline, without registration.
For comfortable operation of the FRIAMAT 7 or the FRIAMAT prime eco fusion unit during the fusion process. Fusion and traceability barcodes can be read out with the integrated scanner, and all relevant data can be displayed simply and conveniently. Fusion protocols are automatically transferred to the app and additional information such as geo-data, photos and comments can be added quickly.
The comprehensive documentation of the work results can then easily be sent by email from the construction site to the office.

The availability of the Bluetooth function in the FRIAMAT fusion unit and thus the possibility of using the FRIAMAT APP depends on the country of use and the type of fusion unit. In which country the Bluetooth function of FRIAMAT 7 prime and FRIAMAT prime eco can be used, please refer to the respective operating instructions.

Android: There are many variations in how Android smartphones handle the technologies used in our products, such as: Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), as well as various standards and protocols. As this compatibility varies between smartphone manufacturers, from time to time we experience compatibility issues with certain smartphones. The following models are currently known which can cause pairing problems with the FRIAMAT APP:

No. Neither a user registration nor a user account with login is required to use the FRIAMAT App. After downloading the App free of charge from the Google Playstore or Apple App Store and installing it on the smartphone, the APP can be used directly.
This can have several causes:
- The FRIAMAT fusion box is still connected to another Smartphone. The connection with the existing Smartphone must be released via the FRIAMAT APP.
- Bluetooth is switched off on the Smartphone and must be activated first.
- Some Samsung smartphone types with Android 10 may have pairing problems with the FRIAMAT APP. These cannot be used with the FRIAMAT APP.
The FRIAMAT unit number (e.g. FR2010321) of the FRIAMAT fusion box to be connected is located on the type plate which is attached to the top of the metal housing of the FRIAMAT.
On some smartphones with Android operating system it can happen that the Bluetooth pairing request must first be called up by wiping the display from top to bottom on the smartphone and then entering the pairing number there.
This message appears if no geodata position could be determined. Try again by updating the position in the FRIAMAT APP in the fitting detail view.
The site data recorded via the FRIAMAT APP, such as photos, comments, geo data as well as the corresponding fusion process data of the FRIAMAT fusion box can be sent by email to the given address as download link. The data package provided as a ZIP file contains a fusion report as a PDF file as well as a CSV file. The CSV file can be read and processed in Microsoft Excel®. The data package also contains the recorded photos. Their file names are composed of the respective fitting ID and can thus be clearly assigned to the fusion process data in the CSV file.
